The Bolton Destitute Animals Shelter is seeking your assistance. Contributions of individuals like you help maintain the exceptional level of care we provide to our animals. Without your support, we simply wouldn’t be able to operate at the same standard.
The opportunities for volunteering are extensive and varied, ranging from supporting our charity shops and assisting in the kennels/cattery to tasks such as gardening, dog walking, jet washing, and beyond! No matter your background or interests, we welcome your assistance in carrying out our crucial mission of caring for the animals in our care. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Dog Walking
We need casual dog walkers to help exercise our dogs before they find their forever homes. Please book an appointment.
Cattery
If you love our feline residents then this may be the role for you.
Fundraising
We need to raise over £100,000 a year to run the Animal Shelter, every little bit helps.
Shops
We are in desperate need of volunteers to help in Charity Shops in Bolton.
Maintenance
