Adoption Form for Cats

CAT ADOPTION: If you are interested in adopting one of the cats on our website you will need to fully complete an application form or call us and fill one in over the phone. There is a £100 adoption fee for our cats and £150 fee for our kittens. If your application is successful you will need to call down to the Shelter to meet the cat you have chosen before we carry out a home visit, until you have met the cat and confirmed your wish to go ahead with the adoption process all cats will remain available for other people to adopt. Please note: not all applications are successful.

If your application is successful we will email you and as finding these cats new, and loving homes is super important, we do not want you to miss a message from us. Agreement

I understand that as part of the adoption agreement, I must give any medication as and when indicated by our vets.

I also understand that if an animal has any veterinary needs the cat must be taken to our veterinary surgeon with prior arrangement with the Destitute Animal Shelter and we will cover all treatment costs. If you choose to take the cat to an alternative vet, you must cover the cost myself.
