If You've Lost Your Pet
If possible bring us a photograph of your pet. We also advise contacting local newspapers and shops to advertise your missing pet.
If you would like some help putting together a lost poster please contact the Shelter as we have them ready made.
If you get your pet back after contacting us, please let us know so that we can amend our records.
AS WELL AS REPORTING YOUR LOSS TO US IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU VISIT THE SHELTER TO ENSURE THAT YOUR LOST PET IS NOT HERE. REMEMBER YOUR DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DOG OR CAT MAY NOT TOTALLY MATCH OUR DESCRIPTION, THEREFORE IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU VISIT US AND ANY OTHER SHELTER AT LEAST TWICE PER WEEK.
If You've Found a Lost Dog / Cat
Please contact the shelter. Someone may already have reported it missing. Also, look out for advertisements in your local shops and the newspaper.
If you have found a dog or cat and would like to keep it you are entitled to do so as long as you have reported your find. If it is not claimed within 28 days it becomes your legal property.
