Neva was left on our doorstep in the early hours, there was a note with her explaining why her human did this (the note was all about the human and nothing about the cat, no name, age etc… very thoughtful)

 

This did traumatise Neva and she has only just started to respond to us. Because her owner didn’t think to mention she was already neutered we had no choice but to put her through surgery again and spend money we didn’t need to, and again this set her back.

Neva is very loving, gentle and very laid back. She is litter trained and is eating well now. She would be suitable for a quite home with a single person or couple, she is too sensitive to be around other animals or children.

Neva does have small growth on her bottom, the vet advised to leave it as it would be very difficult to remove being where it is and just check to make sure it does not get any bigger, but if surgery is needed the shelter will sort this.
