Returns & Refunds Policy – Christmas Cards and Calendars

Thank you for supporting the Destitute Animals Shelter. All proceeds from our Christmas cards and calendars go directly toward the care of animals in need.

Because these items are sold as part of our charitable fundraising efforts, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any Christmas cards or calendars once purchased.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to assist.

Donations Policy

All donations made to the Destitute Animals Shelter are non-refundable.

As a registered charitable organisation, we rely on the generosity of our supporters, and each contribution is put to work immediately to provide food, shelter, and medical care for animals in need.

If you believe a donation was made in error or without your authorisation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and assist where appropriate.
